    • Full payment must be completed at least 7 days before the departure date.

    • Payments are non-transferable.

  2. Cancellation Policy:

    • Cancellation 14 days before departure: 25% cancellation fee.

    • Cancellation 7–13 days before departure: 50% cancellation fee.

    • Cancellation less than 7 days before departure: 100% cancellation fee.

    • No refund for no-shows or unused services.

  3. Changes to Itinerary:

    • The company reserves the right to alter the itinerary due to weather, safety, or operational reasons.

    • Any changes made by the traveler may result in additional costs.

  4. Visa & Travel Documents:

    • Obtaining a valid visa is the responsibility of the traveler.

    • The tour operator will assist with visa approval but is not responsible for visa rejection or delays.

  5. Health & Safety:

    • All travelers must be physically fit to undertake the tour.

  6. Accommodation & Transport:

    • Hotel check-in time is usually after 2 PM; check-out is by 12 PM.
