  3. Flight Details:
    Complete flight details must be shared at least 7 days prior to departure to arrange airport transfers properly.

  4. Travel Insurance (Recommended):
    While not mandatory, travel insurance is highly recommended to cover medical emergencies, trip cancellations, or baggage issues.

  5. Contact Information:
    Provide a valid phone number and email for smooth communication and emergency support.

Caution

  1. Local Laws & Customs:
    Please respect Thai laws and local customs. Offenses such as drug possession, disrespecting the monarchy, or public indecency are taken seriously.

  2. Itinerary Adherence:
    All activities and tours will follow a fixed schedule. Delays from the traveler's side may result in missed activities without refunds.

  7. Non-refundable Items:
    Some components like meals, unused hotel nights, missed tours due to late arrival, etc., are non-refundable once the tour has begun.

Terms & Conditions

1. Booking & Payment

  • A 50% advance is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.

  • The remaining balance must be paid in full at least 7 days before the departure date.

  • Failure to make timely payment may result in cancellation of the booking without prior notice.

2. Cancellation Policy

  • 15 days or more before travel: 25% of package cost will be deducted.

  • 7–14 days before travel: 50% of package cost will be deducted.

  • Less than 7 days before travel or no-show: 100% of package cost will be deducted.

  • All refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 14 working days after deducting cancellation charges.

5. Hotel Policy

  • Hotel check-in time: 14:00 | Check-out time: 12:00

  • Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and additional charges.

  • In case the mentioned hotel is unavailable, a similar category hotel will be provided.

6. Child Policy

  • Child aged 2–12 years without bed: Charged 65% of the package price.

  • Child aged 2–12 years with bed: Full package price.

7. Responsibility & Liability

  • The company acts only as an agent for the transportation and hotel and shall not be liable for any injury, loss, accident, delay, or irregularity.

  • Travelers are responsible for ensuring they carry valid travel documents, including passport, visa, and insurance.

8. Itinerary & Tour Operations

  • The itinerary may change due to local conditions, weather, or operational needs.

  • Missed tours or services due to late arrival or personal reasons are non-refundable.

  • All transfers and sightseeing are provided on time; delays by travelers may result in missed services without compensation.

9. Optional Services

  • Indian lunch/dinner coupon (without transfer): INR 1200 per person per meal.

  • Optional tours and upgrades are available upon request with additional cost.
